Welcome to GTR99. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "the Player") and GTR99 (hereinafter referred to as "GTR99", "we", "our", or "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at gtr99.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through GTR99, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

GTR99 provides online casino games including live baccarat, slots, crash games, and instant win products, as well as sports betting services covering events such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and international e-sports tournaments. All services are made available subject to the terms set out in this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the GTR99 website, its mobile-optimised interface, any native mobile application, and all associated services accessible at gtr99.cam.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or accepted cryptocurrency equivalent, held in the Player's Account for use in gameplay.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total turnover of bonus funds required (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 35x) before funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including submission of identity documentation required to verify Player identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful under applicable local law.
• "GTR99" — the brand name and trading identity of the Platform operator, including its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates.

To register and maintain an Account on GTR99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times your Account remains active.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of GTR99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. GTR99 prohibits the use of fictitious, borrowed, or otherwise inaccurate details.

All Accounts require successful completion of GTR99's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. GTR99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if any suspicious activity is detected.

4.1 Required Documentation

KYC verification typically requires the following documentation:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet, bank statement, or card statement where applicable);
• Such additional documentation as GTR99 may reasonably require to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify GTR99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. GTR99 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat or email.

GTR99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels and cryptocurrency networks:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), BNB (BEP-20)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for MYR-denominated transactions, or the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of deposit. GTR99 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

GTR99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before crediting deposits that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our automated fraud prevention systems.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no outstanding bonus wagering requirements applicable to the balance being withdrawn.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same Account holder, where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

6.1 Indicative Processing Times

GTR99 commits to processing withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes. These are estimates based on normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5 to 15 minutes
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times

GTR99 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request for the purpose of additional security checks, fraud prevention, or AML compliance. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under manual review.

GTR99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

GTR99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated exploitation of promotions between multiple players. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance voided, winnings forfeited, and Account suspended.

7.3 Promotion Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after expiry will be automatically removed from the Account. Expiry periods are stated on each specific offer.

All games available on the GTR99 Platform are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail for matters of gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail for all matters relating to accounts, payments, and conduct.

GTR99 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers. The results of all games are final upon settlement, subject to the dispute resolution procedures described herein.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that results in an incomplete wager or an erroneously displayed result, GTR99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. This applies to all game types including slots, live dealer, crash games, and sports betting.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the GTR99 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted;
• Collusion or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Arbitrage or "bonus hunting" strategies designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gameplay intent;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the Platform's systems or software;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through or in connection with the Platform;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at GTR99 staff or other Players.

GTR99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.

Upon Account closure for reason of breach, GTR99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting GTR99 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days, and any outstanding Real Money Balance will be returned following completion of applicable verification procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTR99 and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond GTR99's control;
• Any loss resulting from delay, error, or omission in the transmission of data between the Platform and the Player's device;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind.

GTR99 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to contravene any consumer protection provisions applicable under Malaysian law.

All content on the GTR99 Platform, including but not limited to software code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game content, audio, video, and written materials, is the exclusive property of GTR99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of GTR99.

Your privacy is important to GTR99. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our privacy practices, you should not create or continue to maintain an Account on GTR99.

GTR99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools within the Account dashboard to assist Players in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

If you wish to take a break from gambling or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform, please contact our support team immediately. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

GTR99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, GTR99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players through the Platform or via email communication to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall apply to that dispute.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page at gtr99.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction under which GTR99 operates its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or performance, shall in the first instance be referred to GTR99's internal complaints resolution process.

16.1 Internal Complaints Process

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should submit the details in writing to GTR99's customer support team, including the Account username, a description of the complaint, and any supporting evidence. GTR99 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

16.2 Escalation

If a Player remains unsatisfied following the conclusion of GTR99's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedures prescribed by the relevant gaming regulatory authority. GTR99 will cooperate fully with any such process.
